Next-generation visual concepts

At Salesforce, I was a key designer responsible for the design production and development of the newest design system code-named “Lightning”.

I focused on delivering next-gen visual design explorations for various Salesforce platform enterprise products that focused on the following key goals:

  • Consistency: Ensuring a unified look and feel across all Salesforce products, enhancing the user experience by providing a cohesive interface.
     
  • Efficiency: Speeding up the development process by providing reusable components and standardized design elements, allowing designers and developers to work more effectively.
     
  • Scalability: Facilitating easier scaling and maintenance of the platform, as updates and new features can be seamlessly integrated into the existing design framework.
     
  • User Experience: Improving usability and accessibility, making Salesforce more intuitive and easier to navigate for users of all skill levels.
     
  • Collaboration: Enhancing collaboration between design and development teams by establishing clear guidelines and a shared language, reducing misunderstandings and ensuring alignment.
Salesforce Admin

Salesforce Admin, a comprehensive product for managing various administrative settings. This is the central hub for administrators to configure, customize, and maintain their Salesforce instance.

I created several next-gen visual concepts for Salesforce Admin, a powerful and essential tool for administrators, enabling them to tailor the Salesforce environment to meet the organization’s needs, maintain data integrity and security, and optimize system performance.

Salesforce App Studio

I helped lead the next-gen design of the Salesforce App Studio, empowering businesses to create a customized Salesforce experience that aligns with their specific processes and workflows, enhancing productivity and user satisfaction.

  • Sales Dashboards: Create customized dashboards for sales teams that display key performance indicators, recent activities, and relevant data, all in one place.
     
  • Service Consoles: Design service consoles that help customer service representatives quickly access and manage cases, customer information, and service records.
     
  • Custom Record Pages: Tailor record pages to show relevant information and actions based on the record type or user role, enhancing productivity and user experience.
Salesforce Monitoring
